Erik ten Hag has called on Manchester United fans to help support Marcus Rashford to regain his form.
Rashford has scored 30 goals this season. In the past, the form dropped shockingly. This season he only shot 8 goals in every program.
He has faced criticism and this week Rashford posted a thank you post to fans who said the Englishman had been treated “disgustingly” with insults and insults.
He posted a response to a fan saying “Thank you for your encouragement! It’s an insult and it’s been going on for months. Enough is enough.”
The 26-year-old is expected to miss the game against Burnley because of injury. Having missed the game against Sheffield United in midweek as well,
Ten Hag admitted that Rashford could show better form but wanted the fans to help cheer him on.
“I sympathize with Rash. Chi is very, very much. Obviously, he had a great season last year. I think it’s the best of his career. I think he scored 30 goals, we saw what he can do,” Ten Hag told ยูฟ่าเบท reporters.
“This season he hasn’t performed well and people have criticized him a lot. I think we have to back him. Everyone should be behind him and he should be backing him to return to the level he played at last year. “
I think he needs support. We all know what he can do so we have to support him. But we also have to push him because he is better than what he has shown this season. We saw from last year that he was outstanding.”
